Due to our growth, we are looking for a Deputy CBO to support the Head of Business Division in the coordination and operational management of the division, support the leadership team animation, lead ad hoc cross-functional development projects, and fully represent the CBO when needed.
What you will do
Leadership team animation
Participate in all the strategic meetings, and ensure follow-up on decisions and action items
Organise and facilitate the Business Division leadership team meetings
Foster alignment and constructive dialogue between BU MDs, New Countries Director, Business
Support Director and other divisions
Identify and surface tensions or misalignments before they escalate
Cross-functional development projects (ad hoc)
Lead strategic or transversal projects
Coordinate contributors across divisions (Business, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, HR)
Ensure delivery on scope, time, quality and budget (when applicable)
Report progress and flag risks
Representation & delegation
Represent the CBO in internal and external meetings whenever needed
Make and communicate decisions in CBO's absence / or escalate to the group ExCom for decision if needed
Matrix coordination
Be the first escalation point for cross-entity issues before they reach the Head
Facilitate interactions between the Business Division and the Product, Tech, Finance, Legal and HR divisions
Ensure cross-entity interdependence is managed and resolved
Desired skills

You are familiar with the Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
You are fluent in English and French

Your profile
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy) or equivalent technical background.
Proven experience (10 years) within the energy sector, preferably in BESS, solar PV, or wind.
Experience with grid connection procedures and permitting processes are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
